Job DescriptionJob Description Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate and handle packaging, shipping, and logistics of our products to various customers (domestic and international).
• Ensure all orders ship according to approved schedules
• Coordinate all shipping and logistics tasks between US office and factory ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and implement corrective actions to ensure 100% accuracy of inventory records at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels of in transit materials working to Decrease back order on products and reducing delays while preventing overstock on items that are not top sellers.
• Providing clients timely notifications on shipments and or order delays Communication with vendors for logistics and product purchases.
• Manage companies’ customs compliance for all imports QC all products receive and shipped out maintaining a high level of quality of the product being sent to customers.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to visualize a problem and find solution
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations.
• Education and Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• PC literacy in a Microsoft environment or ERP system
