As such we have an exciting newly created role for an experienced Co-ordinator to lead the way in all things co-ordination, optimisation and operational effectiveness.

What you will do
- Lead the way as our main contact point to coordinate interviews and manage interactions and queries from applicants
- Craft and update job descriptions and job ads as required
- Manage data entry and management of systems
- Standardise & optimise current processes and procedures across recruitment life cycle, ecosystems and against strategic projects – including process mapping, standard operating procedures and reporting.
- Optimise candidate experience surveys and analyse feedback – including support integrate a new leading technology
- Sourcing channel effectiveness reporting
- Perform background and reference checks and ensure compliance and governance
- Prepare reports on relevant recruitment and diversity metrics
- Documentation, monitoring and milestone progress reporting
How you will help us level up
- Ideally you will have a passion for all things Talent and have experience working as a Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator or similar role
- A team player who is comfortable operating in both a strategic but also hands on capacity
- We move fast at Zip so need the ability to work and think quickly in fast-paced environments
- You are a problem solver, ask great questions and help to build and deliver fantastic solutions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems – Lever ideal
- Solid reporting capabilities with minimum Intermediate skills in Excel (build reports, pivots, V LookUps etc)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work with autonomy while supporting a team
- Ability to operate in a high growth environment with a bias to action, speed & quality
