As such we have an exciting newly created and immediately available opportunity for an experienced Coordinator to support in a new global recruitment project. This role will suit someone immediately available on a temporary or contract basis and we are open to either full or part time for the right experiences.
This role will suit someone who thrives in an environment of pace, impact and autonomy and who wants to work with an awesome team and be given the accountability to manage processes, procedures and stakeholder management across various teams. Your success will be instrumental in supporting and improving how we co-ordinate the assessment & selection of top talent for this recruitment project.

What you will do
- Co-ordinate interviews and manage interactions and queries from applicants, hiring managers and business stakeholders
- Ensure regular reporting, data entry and management of recruitment processes for this project
- Optimise candidate and hiring manager experience and feedback loops including process optimisation.
- Perform background checks and ensure compliance and governance
- Prepare reports on relevant recruitment metrics
- Documentation, monitoring and milestone progress reporting
How you will help us level up
- Ideally you will have a passion for all things Talent and have experience working as a Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator or similar role
- A team player who is comfortable operating in a hands on capacity
- We move fast at Zip so need the ability to work and think quickly in fast-paced environments
- You are a problem solver, ask great questions and help to build and deliver fantastic solutions
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems – Lever ideal but not essential
- Data entry and report creating skills
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with autonomy while supporting a team
- Ability to operate in a high growth environment with a bias to action, speed & quality
