Working with a world-class team, you’ll own talent acquisition for a portfolio of Engineering & Tech roles for Zip in ANZ, and support other portfolios across the team on occasion.
This is a complex and varied portfolio covering payments, infrastructure, platforms, quality, and security, and is integral to the success of Zip as we scale.
You’ll build awesome relationships with hiring leaders at all levels, and support hiring processes end to end, from sourcing to offer and onboarding, and work with super-smart and lovely people to improve things incrementally every day.
We’ll need you to be bright, smart, keen and quick to learn, humble yet confident in your abilities. Experience as an agency recruiter is very valuable.

The help us level up, you’ll need to bring:
- Experience of and passion for recruiting across software engineering and tech, including infrastructure, platforms, payments, quality, and security – or any combination of these domains
- Desire to hustle and ability deliver at pace
- Emotional maturity and resilience to manage through constant change
- Ability to partner with, guide and coach hiring managers, and champion an effective & inclusive hiring processes in support of our DEI initiatives
- Aspiration to grow your career as a talent professional in a high-growth startup
