Due to growth, we are hiring for the position of ‘Talent Acquisition Partner, Data’ in Sydney CBD. This is a full-time position with annual remuneration of between $90,000 to $130,000 (negotiable) on offer.

The role
Working with a world-class team, you’ll own talent acquisition for Data roles for Zip in APAC, and support other portfolios across the team on occasion.
This is a complex and varied portfolio covering data science, data analytics, risk and fraud, as well as data engineering and data platforms, and is integral to the success of Zip as we scale.
You’ll build awesome relationships with hiring leaders at all levels, and support hiring processes end to end, from sourcing to offer and onboarding, and work with super-smart and lovely people to improve things incrementally every day.

Skills and experience required:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment
    • Desire to hustle and ability deliver at pace
    • Emotional maturity and resilience to manage through constant change
    • Ability to partner with, guide and coach hiring managers, and champion an effective hiring processes
    • Aspiration to grow your career as a talent professional in a high-growth startup

Job duties include

    • Recruiting across data analytics, data science, data engineering, data platforms
    • Liaising with managers on hiring needs and providing market feedback
    • Conducting recruitment searches
    • Sourcing and interviewing candidates
    • Writing job descriptions and advertisements
    • Negotiating on job offers with candidates
