Zinnia Health Hiring for Human Resources Job at Remote Full Time

A rapidly growing, ABA service provider is seeking an experienced Human Resources Applicant to join our team.

Role Description:

To maximize the productivity of our organization by optimizing the effectiveness of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly meet with Leadership to review team data to identify trends and areas of opportunity, and develop and implement action items and people strategies accordingly

• Work with leadership to develop change management plans surrounding new initiatives and rollouts, organizational updates, updated policies, etc.

• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory concerns including: Federal, State, and local laws and regulations related to the Human Resources function

• Help create a culture that fosters a high level of employee trust by celebrating the open door policy and being a model of our values; provide coaching and advice to senior leadership and local managers, as needed

• Manage and help enhance employee recognition programs

• Organize, lead, and facilitate new hire orientation

• Assist Credentialing as needed.
• Other duties, as assigned

What we’re looking for:

• 2-4 years of HR/Recruitment and training experience
• 1 year minimum of HR in ABA

• Ability to deal with ambiguity

• Strong professional presence

• Proven planning, priority setting, and time management skills

• Ability to quickly build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers

• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Flexible, self-starter, able to manage multiple ongoing projects without close supervision in a fast-paced environment

• A demonstrated team-orientation with all levels of employees

• Strong MS Excel skills

• US work authorization

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
