We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to work with us. We are a mid-sized accounting firm specializing in payroll, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. We currently have three CPAs and a tax attorney on staff.

Our ideal candidate is an expert in Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks online. You will be responsible for maintaining our clients books, year end cleanup, processing payroll, and assisting our office manager when needed.

Skills

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting
• Customer service orientation
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

There is plenty of room for growth and the $50,000 starting salary can become $70,000+ within a year of employment based on performance. The principals of the practice are in their mid-thirties and are looking to hire a long term employee.
