This role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and Strategic Outsources, leading TA initiatives, managing a team of recruiting professionals while personally delivering on operational recruitment activity. This hands-on role is responsible for developing and refining talent strategies, including employment branding, talent channel development, candidate engagement and assessment, social media, as well as metrics and analytics. In addition, role will consult with organization’s leaders to develop and integrate diversity, equity & inclusion management goals and strategies into all business and planning processes.
