This role is responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and Strategic Outsources, leading TA initiatives, managing a team of recruiting professionals while personally delivering on operational recruitment activity. This hands-on role is responsible for developing and refining talent strategies, including employment branding, talent channel development, candidate engagement and assessment, social media, as well as metrics and analytics. In addition, role will consult with organization’s leaders to develop and integrate diversity, equity & inclusion management goals and strategies into all business and planning processes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of full life cycle recruiters supporting all ZimVie positions in the United States Develop a global sourcing strategy for ZimVie, which includes internal networks and referrals, external recruiting partnerships, rotational development/ early career programs, and employment branding.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to determine the appropriate sourcing strategy and help manage the recruiting process.
• Deploy innovative sourcing and candidate engagement tactics to attract top talent, including leveraging technology, social media and other recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates.
• Identify appropriate and effective external sourcing partners for all job levels/focus areas within the company; oversee vendor and agency selection and relationships.
• Directly recruit on leadership roles and other roles as necessary Manage executive search assignments to identify top talent.
• Ensure effective and consistent methodologies and tools around talent assessment.
• Collaborate with the regional HR teams to implement strategies enterprise wide.
• Ensure exceptional delivery of aligned and consistent candidate experience.
• Lead business reviews to evaluate best practices, success metrics and defects to improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate with HRBP and management on development of HR programs to support diversity and inclusion goals.
• Effective use of social media for employment branding Effective research and understanding of current DEI practices.

• Demonstrated experience developing strategic recruiting methodologies and approaches across a range of markets and cultures.
• Previous experience with HRIS or Talent Acquisition software programs.
• Must be highly credible and trustworthy and operate with a high degree of integrity.
• Must be customer focused and results oriented.
• Must hold oneself and other accountable and strive for a high level of excellence.

Education/Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required and at least 8 years related work experience. Advanced degree and/or HR certifications preferred.
• Previous experience recruiting for roles in Medical Device or other life sciences preferred

Travel Requirements

• Up to 20%
