We are seeking a progressive, inclusive, and humble change-agent who values teamwork, cross pollination, exudes impactful thought leadership and inspires measurable change. This leader will bring cohesion to the thought leadership flowing throughout Zillow. Drawing on deep business intuition you’ll build an effective, talent management strategy resulting in all 1,200 leaders at
Zillow tying work and business priorities together.
Being tech-fluent will allow you to move quickly with the systems we have today, identify varying business needs, and define effective talent practices to propel us forward. We’ll rely on your lessons learned and knowledge of the technology options in this space to find new and innovative ways to create self-sustaining solutions.
Your team will bloom under your ability to amplify camaraderie, prioritize their body of work, and produce a clear path forward with a 12-18 month roadmap.

This role is remote, and reports to the VP of Talent Success.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

Tech fluency; comfort understanding and discussing requirements, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members including experience with Workday.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred plus, 7+ years delivering relevant cross functional programs.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
