Zillow Hiring for Senior Product Manager, IT and Enterprise Tools at Remote, Oregon Full Time

About the team

This is an opportunity to join a team of skilled Product Managers who collaborate with shared services functional owners and business partners to prioritize a strategic shared services technology roadmap, design, and deliver people-centric solutions! We work in lock-step with our engineering teams to build these experiences and manager our core tech portfolio which includes a variety of custom developed and third party corporate applications including: Workday, custom Workday Cloud solutions, Zuora, ServiceNow, Docebo, Jira Align, and various GRC tools.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product vision for our enterprise tooling & IT programs. This role will be responsible for reshaping the Zillow employee “digital help” from intake through job completion, helping to put the customer at the center of every touch-point. This person will be capable of crafting thoughtful and intuitive front-end user experiences for a growing and distributed workforce, while also helping optimize back-end workflows to achieve SLAs, using the most out of technology and automation.

As a Senior Product Manager, IT and Enterprise Tools, you will

• Collaborate with key partners in IT and Shared Services (Finance, HR, Risk, Legal, and Compliance) to articulate functional requirements into strategic product visions
• Collect and analyze quantitative cycle time data and qualitative user feedback information to define opportunity size, understand root cause of issues, that guide product planning and prioritization
• Recommend product features and technical improvements that improve functional group’s 3-year program and product roadmap
• Responsible for launching new product features and experiences – investigating to define the problem, draft detailed requirements/user stories, plan development sprints, build and implement user testing plans, and support continuous releases
• Lead a broad group of critical team members and senior leaders – communicate progress and findings to program leaders and other key partners, via product briefs, status updates, and demos
• Establish success metrics and ensure performance of products ensuring easy adoption and interoperability across the lines of business

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $144,000.00 – $230,000.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.

Who you are

• 5+ years as a Product Manager with direct product ownership, operating in an Agile development environment
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams, delivering quality work on time, be conversant in UX design, technology and data analysis
• Examples of end-to-end project management and technical implementation of new products or features, including discovery, planning, prioritization, customer management, user testing, launch execution and measuring impact of launches
• Experience working with SaaS applications and 3rd party vendor relationship management and implementation of 3rd party tools
• Excellent decision-making skills and experience guiding prioritization of work; ability to make trade-off decisions to meet customer needs and technology constraints

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
