As a Principal Talent Brand Manager focused on content you will help measure and strengthen the Zillow talent brand so that we attract and retain high value talent and customers. We do this by executing our brand, marketing and communications strategies throughout the candidate and employee experience to help ensure we meet business objectives and hiring goals.
In this role, you’ll have specific ownership and responsibility for creating, producing and managing content that communicates the culture and work life at Zillow across our careersite, blogs and company profile pages. Specific responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing subjects to write blogs, stories or social media posts, creating compelling visuals for written content, and managing all production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of content. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role with expectations for new content each week and daily community engagement with comments and questions related to the content as well as ensuring content is amplified by relevant people and teams inside Zillow (recruiting, leadership, etc).

Invested in developing relationships with key partners across the People org and the company at large to find and amplify content
Consistently identify process improvements from setting recruitment marketing strategies to identifying and implementing new tools/platforms to help drive successful results
Comfortable nudging (truthfully, nagging) employees at all levels to complete tasks, follow up in a timely manner and complete tasks
Motivated to find solutions rather than excuses to ensure the inevitable snags and delays don’t hold up content publication
Takes pride in excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask – we move fast and think big. In order to keep pace, organization is key!
Committed to developing expertise by following communication and media trends and proactively sharing recommendations that help us grow our employer brand and reputation with candidates and employees

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $120,900.00 – $193,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
