The Recruiting Enablement (RE) team helps drive our Recruiting team to find the best talent while providing the best possible candidate experience. Our team’s objective is to enable, empower and mobilize a distributed recruiting team. We do this through training, content management, change and communication activities, program design and management, strategy, planning & analytics (SPA) work, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) activities, and improving processes and/or removing barriers. As we continue groundbreaking working as a distributed company, it’s critical we have a Team leader for the RE Team to lead our team members, by supervising their work, making progress toward our strategic roadmap, and taking an active role in coaching and upskilling our workforce.
The leader of the Recruiting Enablement (RE) Team leads and grows our team of Change & Comms, Learning & Development, Strategy Planning & Analytics, Program Design & Management, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging professionals that work remotely. Our team and company is “upgrading” how to build, operationalize and drive standard methodologies for scalable and sustainable processes and programs. This role helps drive the Zillow narrative by working with our People & Recruiting leaders to understand their goals and translate that into proactive, RE activities and programs, bring to bear the skills of your team members in their respected areas.
This leader is passionate about building a representative RE team and coaching its members to the next level of excellence. Your team members will work with their peers in Recruiting and other People teams to engage in events and associations that will increase our connection and effectiveness of our programs and enablement activities. We will look to you to develop strategies to build out our RE Team and the overall strategic recruiting programs by inspiring, mentoring, and elevating an already proven team.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $106,300.00 – $169,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
