You will join a Finance Analytics team at the center of Zillow’s effort to support corporate services functions that enable Zillow’s strategy to help high-intent movers find, win, and transact on their home through digital solutions and first class partnerships. The team is responsible for partnering with functional leaders throughout our Finance and Accounting corporate services teams to turn data from core finance, accounting, billing, and budgeting systems into insightful and actionable information, metrics, and KPIs.

Zillow is looking for a strong leader to join the established Finance Analytics team dedicated to excellence. In this role you will:
Mentor, recruit, and hire an extraordinary team of reporting analysts
Assist functional leaders with defining their reporting requirements for large, cross-functional initiatives
Prioritize incoming tickets and lead scrum meetings using Agile methodology
Evaluate and design the reporting ecosystem that currently includes Tableau, Domo, Suplari, Workday Reporting, and partner with Finance Technology team on Enterprise Data Warehouse design and functionality
Lead quarterly and annual planning for analytics work within Finance and Accounting teams
Ensure Finance and Accounting leaders have access to operational, strategic, and executive reporting for their functions
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $123,200.00 – $196,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Proven experience over 3+ years as a strategic leader in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Accounting, Finance, or a comparable field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Finance, Statistics, other comparable field or equivalent experience
An analytical problem solver comfortable tackling ambiguous, complex opportunities and delivering a logical action plan
Intellectual curiosity, with a strong desire to learn new processes and systems
Experience with SQL, Tableau, Domo and/or other Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools
Experience with Agile SCRUM methodologies
Effective communicator with ability to use data to tell a compelling story
Dedication to mentoring and growing the potential of others
Experience managing stakeholders and priorities in a matrix environment with multiple influencers
