What you will do:

• In this role, you will establish yourself as a subject matter expert, partnering and collaborating with the business and the team to hire exceptional talent.
• Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills to find the best-in-class talent
• Creating sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs
• Leveraging market data and insights in order to have empowered conversations
• Driving recruiting campaigns (online, events, talent ambassador) in partnership with our hiring partners
• Assessing and developing creative strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years experience required in technical recruiting for all levels of an organization, from entry-level to Senior Director positions
• Networking ability to continuously generate a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates
• Proven experience partnering and building productive relationships with clients, partners, and team members
• Analytic skills with the ability to on workflow and metrics
• Innovative, creative, and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success
• Must be able to manage conflicting priorities while being extremely adaptable, agile, and flexible
