About the role :

The Director of Human Resources will play a crucial role in developing and executing human resources strategies that support the growth and success of Zilliz.

This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of talent management, organizational development, and a fervent commitment to nurturing a positive and innovative workplace culture.

What you will do :

• Strategic HR Leadership :
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the fast-paced and evolving nature of the start-up.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure HR initiatives support the company’s business objectives.
• Talent Acquisition and Management :
• Lead the talent acquisition team to spearhead comprehensive recruitment initiatives.
• Utilize data-driven methodologies to evaluate and enhance recruitment performance.
• Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
• Employee Relations :
• Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee relations practices.
• Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
• Organizational Development :
• Lead initiatives for organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for employee engagement and implement programs to enhance morale and productivity.
• HR Compliance :
• Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with applicable laws.

What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles within the tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and lead organizational development initiatives.
• Empathy and Innovation mindset to encourage creative problem-solving and adapt HR practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the startup environment.
