Job Description: MarketingManager
Responsible for executing marketing strategy in collaboration with the Brand Director and other members of the marketing and executive staff. The position is a remote hybrid; The employee can work remotely but must work in-office twice weekly. Salary depends on experience.
● Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve team goals
● Promote property listings through marketing initiatives and maintain social media presence
● Maintain accurate information on company website
● Provide guidelines and guidance to marketing personnel on the application of procedures, and monitoring and following up on specific tasks and project deliverables
● Draft press releases, represent the company to media outlets, develop annual forecasts, and seek to minimize marketing expenses
● Determine deadlines and ensure proper course of action for all marketing endeavors; ensure that all other members of the marketing team are on track with their workflow and problem solve when necessary to get back on track.
● Ensure proper communication between the marketing team and other departments.
● Monitor for errors and either resolve independently or bring to light any discrepancies in our produced content, strategies, etc.
● Track metrics for ad and strategic campaign performance.
● Manage the Social Media Manager
● Proof read all content and provide final approval for content produced by team members
MarketingManager Responsibilities
● Manage and ensure the 44 Touch Campaign is implemented
● Manage monthly market updates
● Plan and manage fundraising and reverse bold campaigns (in person needs)
● Manage database/client facing mailers
● Develop and coordinate all event marketing mailers (email and post)
● Manage Active Campaign
● Ensure the digital marketing/social media manager maintains the databases properly:
● Draft and send buyer needs emails to agent database every other week
● Manage Monthly Video shoots (Brand content only) (In person needs)
● Manage all print/billboard ads
● Manage Social Media Ads
● Oversee Brand social media accounts
● Maintain print materials for staff and agents (In person needs)
● Manage details on the website:
● Manage relationships with our co-marketing partners and ensure we are upholding our commitments to them in advertising/marketing
● Manage Affiliate program (Fiduciary)
● Lead all marketing weekly and monthly meetings
● Manage and be present for all client facing events including all data collection, contests, materials etc.
ListingMarketing Responsibilities
● Write MLS Content
● Write Features and Upgrades
● Manage creation of luxury brochures (write content, select photos, coordinate with designer) – (In person needs)
● Complete a final review of all marketing content to ensure consistency across platforms
● Draft and send New Listing email to agent database
● Draft and send weekly “This Week at Zia Group” listing emails
● Build and maintain web pages for all listings
● Create and send listing postcards (just listed and just sold)
● Ensure Social Media Manager posts all social media assets correctly for new listings, price reductions, back on market, etc.
JobQualifications
● 1-2 Years Experience working in a full time marketing position.
● Real Estate Marketing experience a plus
● Excellent English, vocabulary and writing skills required
● Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Business
(Drive), project management software Asana or like program and Internet skills
● Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop and other editing software. Some knowledge of Video software platforms a plus
● Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
● Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
● Learning based and solution oriented
● Deadline driven and extremely organized
● Continue to maintain the goodwill and reputation of the entire team
● A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
● Ideally, will work in Santa Barbara and regularly visit the office to ensure all marketing in office is displayed and managed by office staff according to brand guidelines
● Support the Director of Operations with the office and client activities where marketing assets are required.
