About the Role

Zest Care is looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of disability support workers, including job advertising, screening, and shortlisting applicants, booking candidates for assessment centres, conducting compliance and reference checks, and onboarding. This vital and demanding role will suit a recruiter or HR professional who will work with our internal stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

About You

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience in a high-volume recruitment role.
• Previous experience with online recruitment tools.
• Highly organised and ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
