Zenzo Digital Hiring for HR Data Analyst – Global HR Transformation Programme at Bristol Full Time
Our client is looking for an HR Data Analyst to augment the HR team’s reporting capacity with the intention of building their internal capability. Primarily this role will work with the HR data lead on ensuring the UK data needs are met, but is also supporting the group data lead on a larger scale.
Your responsibilities:
HR data analysis support for HR operational events, KPI measuring and continuous improvement
HR report design/build
Working with key stakeholders to ensure they access self service reports and to glean reporting requirements
Support Group People Programme data leads with analytics and reporting
Skills required:
Excellent Excel skills
Strong HR analytical background
Dayforce/Workday/SAP or similar HRIS reporting experience
Good communicator
Solid grasp of HR data projects such as restructures; job catalogue cleansing; salary reviews.
PowerBI a bonus
This role will be fully remote with travel 1-2 times per month in Bristol
