We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our busy Recruitment function here at Zenith!

Following a sustained period of growth, we are hiring an experienced recruiter to support the Zenith group covering a variety of disciplines and specialisms. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone from a background in recruitment who is looking for an all encompassing role across everything from strategy and planning, through to offer management and onboarding.

This individual will be absolutely crucial to the success of our growth plans and progression, effectively driving all internal recruitment activity, direct sourcing, and our relationships with recruitment partners.

As a key contact for stakeholders across the group, you will work as a trusted partner offering market insight and updates in order to support accurate recruitment plans as well as taking a proactive approach to building a network of talent. You will also be commercially minded and comfortable tracking multiple budgets and reporting accurately on this.

Responsibilities include;

• Collaborating with stakeholders from the earliest stages of recruitment, offering direction and support on JD’s and advertising collateral
• Agreeing an appropriate process with the hiring manager that manages expectations and clearly defines responsibilities and timescales
• Writing engaging and transparent copy that can be used across a variety of media to reach and attract the target candidate group
• Producing engaging adverts and updates that make full use of on and offline media to engage both active and passive candidates
• Develop, promote and manage internal applications and enquiries
• Collaborate with employees, hiring managers, HR BP’s and marketing to develop employer branding content that will show candidates what its like to work here
• Identify and develop appropriate processes to manage candidate data and information, taking care to manage confidential information appropriately
• Building, managing and capitalizing on your network to push the Zenith Commercial brand and increase reach/ awareness
• Initial screen, sift and forward appropriate candidates to the hiring manager in the timescales agreed
• Develop robust and innovative selection methods in conjunction with hiring manager
• Coach/ train hiring managers to develop their selection/ interviewing skills to select the most appropriate candidates and to eliminate risk of discrimination and bad hiring
• Keep full and up to date records of each hiring campaign
• Monitor, evaluate and continually review selection processes, feeding learnings back in to identifying target market and their motivations.
• Reporting to Hiring Managers/ HR Team the status of open jobs
• Develop ideal candidate journey, including how to measure and ensure it is implemented consistently to make Zenith Commercial the employer of choice
• Develop and manage external supplier relationships, negotiating the right level of support and cost
