Job Description:

LG’s R&D Lab is looking for a Financial Planning Analyst to join our fast-paced team in Santa Clara.

Responsibilities:

• Manage GBMS System for ARL and all Satellite Offices under the US R&D CFO. Uploading each group annual budget and approving budget adjustment requests in the system.
• IPSF (Capex) – Management for CAPEX (investment) budget setup, (add, reduce, and carryforward) and generate monthly report for Finance/US R&D CFO team.
• CFMC (Cash Flow) –Analyzing and generating yearly cash flow target, manage monthly actual data based on target and report to the CTO HQ Planning monthly.
• GNMS (Chargeback to HQ) – responsible in reviewing the GNMS contracts with HQ counterparts in a yearly basis.
• Create monthly detailed charges for GNMS between HQ and LGEZE and other Satellite offices.
• Ownership in processing, tracking and maintaining monthly contractors’ payments and submission to Sr. Manager to be included in the monthly moving plan.
• Assist and support Finance Team during forecast and budget seasons.
• Liaison between ARL US R&D Office and HQ Planning and other subsidiaries in Korea.
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets and HQ’s Global Plantopia System.
• Assist Finance/CFO team in providing reports and Powerpoint presentation for NA CFO and CTO CFO’s monthly business review (MBR).
• Coordinate and assist Senior Management in strategic decision by gathering, providing and assembling financial information needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with no relevant experience.
• Bilingual skills in Korean highly preferred.
