As a Product Designer on our Customer Record team based in Melbourne, you will help us put customers at the centre of Zendesk. You will take a user-first approach and design for a broad variety of customers, from small startups to large enterprises, from single product users to those using our full omnichannel suite.
Work in a cross-functional team, partnering with your Product Manager and Engineering counterparts on developing designs from ideas to execution.
Partner with UX Researchers, Content Strategists, and other Product Designers to ensure a detailed and broad approach to the design process.
Design interaction models, flows, wireframes and hi-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimise how customers interact with our products.
Present your ideas to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
Contribute to maintaining and evolving our centralised design system.
You have professional experience crafting consumer or business SaaS applications
Capable of communicating and prototyping interactions rapidly at various levels of resolution
A strong portfolio that showcases your work, provides detail of your role on projects, and shows examples of how you’ve considered the end-to-end user experience.
Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment, working closely with engineers and product managers to understand technical and business constraints.
Proven expertise turning complex business problems into simple and engaging products
Strong command of interaction design, visual design and information architecture
You have experience designing Enterprise level software applications
You have designed and built platform products before
