Summary:

The client is looking for data entry candidates.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Creating acknowledgement letters for provider disputes, entering addresses, triaging cases to different assignment queues.
• The possibility is also making phone calls, send faxes, and preparing cases for nurse review.
• Key and process data within established production and quality standards.
• Responsible for assignments that range from routine to moderately complex. Receives little or no instruction on routine tasks, general instructions on new assignments.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Work from home position/High speed reliable internet connection a must.
• Must pay attention to detail.
• Accurate data entry typing skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Requires little supervision.
• High volume production required.
