About the role
Zellis continues to grow as a business and as a result we’re looking for a new Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our existing team of six.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, passionate and collaborative Talent Acquisition team, who as subject matter experts live and breathe recruitment for the Zellis Group. Our objective is simple – hire top quality candidates at pace. Every individual we speak with becomes part of our network, therefore first impressions always count. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work with the Talent Acquisition Partners to support all recruitment activity – from vacancy approval, sourcing activity and arranging interviews, through to offer management.
The role would suit someone with previous administration experience, ideally within recruitment or fast-paced environments. You’ll have an eye for detail, be customer-centric, and able to juggle a busy workload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners with end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Using internal systems to raise and advertise vacancies.
- Managing all job descriptions, ensuring correct format and templates are being used.
- Sourcing for suitable candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.
- Conducting initial screening calls with candidates.
- Liaising with the hiring managers and candidates ensuring diaries are aligned and all interviews are booked.
- Liaising with the People team in raising of offer documentations.
- Ensuring all new starters have the correct right to work checks in place.
- Attending daily/weekly calls keeping up to date with changes in each business area.
- Leading and supporting with wider team projects and initiatives.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role (Resourcing Support or Sales Administration desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritises work effectively taking into account the needs of the business.
- Naturally customer focused.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong work ethic, real team player.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
