You will participate and support development on Enterprise applications for our core businesses.

Our Software Engineers will have the opportunity to:

• Work within an agile scrum team in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Planning, development, implementation and maintenance of current and future customer-facing applications.
• Implement and manage design specifications, development processes and procedures related to the application.
• Develop software by analyzing business requirements; conferring with management and users; analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Research and implement of new technologies as related to the Company’s products and services.
• Work with Product Management Team and developers to develop and document new features for customer-facing and internal applications.
• Participation in cross-team discussions regarding future product offerings and current topics related to application and database performance, architecture, features and security.
• Manage production systems and respond to questions and issues that arise from operations.
• Document and improve existing processes
• Develop new applications and enhancements for existing applications using Kanban/Agile methods
• Write code using OOP concepts

In addition to the above responsibilities, Senior level positions will:

• Lead and facilitate design reviews, code reviews, pre-production risk assessments and reviews.
• Prepare solutions by determining and designing system specifications, applying robust architectural patterns, applying coding standards, and programming.
• Assist with code build and deployment processes.
• Mentor development team members to help them succeed in their assignments.

Your background includes:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline

Experience using ANY of the following:

• UI/UX
• SQL Database/Server
• DevOps CI/CD
• Agile/SCRUM/AWS
• AngularJS
• API
