The Team…

Based in the Mailbox, Birmingham, The Resourcing Centre of Excellence is a newly formed function to support all ZEISS business segments. Currently made up of 6 diverse individuals specialising in all aspects of talent attraction and engagement, the team has collectively over 50 years of recruitment experience. We are passionate in everything that we do, we want to impact the way ZEISS attracts and talent and influence our stakeholders to ensure the recruitment experience is of the highest quality.

The Role…

As a Talent Aquisition Specialist you will be part of a fast-moving, agile team that supports high-volume and niche vacancies across our Global business. You will help drive our candidate attraction and direct sourcing results. You’ll engage with the best talent, support a team of Recruitment Consultants across our sites, promote our employer brand, and build talent pipelines & shortlists in assigned areas across ZEISS.

The Resourcing Centre of Excellence (CoE) supports all areas of the business, from Engineering and Marketing to Research & Development and IT. Whichever area you are focusing on, you’ll be passionate about providing a positive candidate & hiring manager experience. Bringing the best people to the business by following best practice, you ensure the most suitable candidates are shortlisted through fair and transparent processes, and you are committed to continuous improvement and delivering high quality results.

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
