Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager (Social Media & Community Management) at ZEEKR Australia, you will lead our social media strategy and community engagement efforts to build and nurture relationships with our audience, amplify our brand presence, and drive growth in the Australian market. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and fostering a vibrant community of ZEEKR enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with ZEEKR’s brand mission, values, and marketing objectives.
• Create compelling and relevant content tailored for different social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Little Red Book, to engage and grow our audience.
• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a sense of community among ZEEKR enthusiasts by actively engaging with followers, participating in conversations, and encouraging user-generated content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and customer support, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand positioning across all social media platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate s, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies and tactics.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our social media strategy as appropriate.
• Compile monthly on growth performance through all of our channels
• Support the team on key product launches and community events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in social media management, community management, or digital marketing roles, preferably in the luxury, automotive or technology industry but not essential.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for sustainability, innovation, and technology, with a commitment to promoting ZEEKR’s brand values.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
