THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity exists for a professional Financial Accountant to join our friendly Finance Team at the Fulcrum Suspensions Head Office located in Coopers Plains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial activities of our business in line with the Australian Accounting Standards. You will be required to provide financial information to other departments, enabling these departments to make budgeting and investment decisions.

Regular travel is also required to our Somersby NSW Location.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role you must:

• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• A degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Commerce, or relevant discipline
• Have worked for a multi-faceted company
• Have demonstrated ability to reconcile the intercompany accounts
• Have experience with foreign currency
• Have demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• NetSuite or Microsoft Navision experience would be an advantage
• Have demonstrated technical and analytical skills
• Have strong negotiation skills
• Commercial and business awareness
• The ability to develop strong working relationships
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Love a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a friendly and confident demeanour, with a “can do” attitude
• Can multi-task, whilst maintaining high attention to detail
• Be deadline-orientated with an ability to stick to time constraints.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
