Zebulon Rehabilitation Center Hiring for Human Resources Generalist Full Time

As an HR Generalist at Zebulon, you will serve as the on-site coordinator of HR functions for a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center (approximately 60 employees). You will work closely in conjunction with leadership and Corporate HR to post jobs, recruit and onboard staff, orientate new hires, key time entries, manage time clock corrections, process bi-weekly payroll, answer benefits questions, administer reward and recognition programs, and coordinate leave of absence and worker’s comp, and maintain employee records and data in the HRIS. You will also coordinate employee relations issues with the Regional HR Manager through solution. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related preferred.
• Prior HR experience required with basic working knowledge of HR Management Principles (e.g., Wage and Hour Laws, EEO, Leave Administration, FMLA, ADA, Work Comp, OSHA, Benefits Administration, etc.).
• Prior experience processing Payroll and managing Time Entries required with one (1+) years experience processing payroll for an employer with 100+ employees preferred.
• Experience in Recruiting and Onboarding New Hires required.
• Must be PC proficient with basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Computer Programs and Internet-based applications required, with experience multitasking between programs and systems simultaneously on dual computer monitors.
• Experience with UltiPro, Kronos and Indeed a plus.
• A professional certification in HR and/or Payroll a plus.

• Healthcare HR experience with knowledge of AHCA, Credentialing, and Healthcare Regulations a plus, with experience working in a Long-Term Care, SNF, or other healthcare setting preferred.
