No. 9 of top global tire manufacture’s USA office in Walnut, CA is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to help with daily operations.

Job Description:

• Input a high volume of freight, duty, and other invoices into the system.
• Order entry, Create shipping documents
• Answer and forwarder incoming calls
• Receiving and shipping packages
• Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
• Assist with special events with the back-end administrative duties. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
• Must be able to type 45+ wpm and computer literate
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workload and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
