ZBS POS Hiring for Account Executive Full Time

Founded in 2010 by Kevin Zhao, ZBS POS (Zhao Business Solution) quickly grew from a small credit card processing agency to becoming one of the biggest and most prominent POS System companies in the country. Our main focus is providing our clients with the most technologically forward and efficient POS System products and services. With 24/7 multilingual support and customized language settings on all of our POS Systems, ZBS POS provides an essential service to the many business owners across the United States.

Customers become part of the ZBS extended family, and it is your job to increase our family size by making friends and developing trust. You should have a willingness to be coached and a desire to become the best at what you do.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Have a firm understanding of our products and services.
• Make door-to-door visit independently or with other representatives
• Provide weekly and monthly s as requested.
• Keep track of all your activities in ZBS’ CRM system. You should know our CRM functionality well enough to:

a)Enter prospect details into their record with all the correct fields filled in
b) Enter a detailed note every time you speak with a prospect
c)Create an opportunity
d) Create Tasks for you or others to follow up with

• Researching and creating targeted lists of people (prospects) who could benefit from ZBS’s POS and Merchant Services.

• Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, new contacts, etc.)

• Guide qualified prospects onto the next stage of the sales process by booking a further conversation between you and the prospect.

Qualifications & Requirements

• College degree or higher or experience in any related filed
• Strong communication skills
• Team-work
• Mandarin or Korean preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
