Job Description
Zayo is seeking an energetic, results-oriented, and experienced Sourcer/Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition Team. The qualified candidate will have a passion for sourcing, finding, and hiring top talent, with the ability to handle a high volume of sourcing and recruitment activities, in a fast-paced environment. This person will be adept at managing change, with an ability to quickly course-correct.
Responsibilities
  • Develop sourcing plans to attract, reach and connect with quality talent and achieve hiring goals.
  • Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand needs and create effective sourcing strategies
  • Drive sourcing campaigns to build &. Maintain diverse & robust talent pools of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Attract, connect & screen qualified candidates to provide to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
  • Identify qualified candidate using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search), social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed )
  • Conduct regular check-ins with Recruiters to determine the effectiveness of sourcing plans and implementation.
  • Utilize Workday Recruiting to track sourcing activities and candidate status.
  • Track & on sourcing activities and metrics.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in agency &. corporate environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Salesforce, and Workday.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills to ensure accurate and effective conveyance of information.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to connect quickly and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability and drive to push tasks over the finish line.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proven track record for finding top talent.
  • Extreme attention to detail and superior data accuracy.
