About the role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team in the position of Brand Communications Coordinator. The successful candidate will focus on the development and execution of digital and printed communication initiatives in accordance with our marketing strategy.

Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with agencies, franchisees and team members to promote the brand
  • Create, publish and manage website and mobile app content
  • Copywriting for marketing activities
  • Develop, manage, and execute eDM campaigns
  • Develop content and execute SMS campaigns as required
  • Create, review and proof artwork, content and copy
  • Create content for memos, briefs, blogs and PR activities as required
  • Assist with business administrative activities as required
  • Creating and scheduling social content
  • Organising and managing events, photoshoots and marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining brand communication across the business and in store

Skills, Experience & Attributes of the ideal candidate:

  • Track record of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or similar preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or similar design tools
  • Experience with managing website content, preferably in a retail and hospitality environment
  • Self-motivated, well organised, resilient & results orientated
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, and Vision6 beneficial but not essential
  • Microsoft Outlook, CMS, META, TikTok and LinkedIn experience preferred
  • A current drivers’ licence
