Zankou Chicken has an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to help find and retain top talent. They will plan, develop, and implement an effective Talent Acquisition strategy. What you will do:

• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts to maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Develop short and long-term talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Lead employment branding initiatives within the ATS system, social media, and job board outlets
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

What you will need:

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in a recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition role
• A passion for building a positive candidate and Team Member experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• The ability to be leader and strategic thinker
• The ability to work effectively with Operational leadership
• The innovation to inspire new ideas, concepts, and strategies
• The ability to go the extra mile
• An ambitious drive and understanding that great things take time, energy, and persistent hard work

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
