Zambrero Hiring for Social Media Manager at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

About the role

We have an opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join our Zambrero team, based in the Sydney head office. The role’s primary responsibility is for creating campaign strategies and plans, as well as writing and implementing social content briefs and community management.

What you’ll do

• Produce always on calendars and campaign plans across key social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) including social copywriting in brand tone of voice
• Social content ideation and implementation across paid and organic – working autonomously or with the wider creative team to bring ideas to life
• Manage franchisee social activity requests – coordination, ideation, admin, ing
• Community management of key platforms including social listening, competitor evaluations, social audits and proactive engagement with communities
• Produce paid and organic social s on a monthly and/or quarterly basis, including insights and recommendations
• Proactively spot relevant trends in culture and in the social and content space that can be directly applied to brand content and activations

What you’ll bring

• 4-5 years social media marketing experience, preferably for an established consumer brand with an active community
• Expert on social and community platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Influencer marketing experience is a bonus
• Excellent social copywriter with attention to detail and the ability to live and breathe a brand’s personality, both in creating content and managing communities, responding and reacting to community activity
• Experience with performance driven campaigns on one or several communication channels
• Experience launching social initiatives (e.g. calendarised content, working with various tools for giveaways, campaign look and feel, etc.)
• Experience with social scheduling and monitoring tools (i.e.. Brandwatch, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Exceptional at working within a team as well as autonomously, must be self -driven
• Experienced at multitasking while still creating an excellent end experience.
