Zachary Daniels are currently partnered with a UK clothing brand who are looking for a new Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join their team! This role will be responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Trading Manager and delivering the sales plan for the season across all brand in the portfolio.

You will be ensuring products launch on time, merchandising the sites to optimise/ increase conversion and AOV, and identifying opportunities of growth.

In the role as the Ecommerce Trading Assistant, you will work with a fun and collaborative in-house ecommerce team. You will work across three main areas across Product, Promotions and Customer experience with a number of key responsibilities within those areas. Including:

• Supporting the management of the products onsite. Including ing on the weekly best sellers & communicating the number of new lines launched in the previous week and outlining any issues.
• Awareness of key promotional activity, ensuring prices are actioned and accurate for launch of the event. Highlight any risks to delivery.
• Monitor, browse and test website frequently to ensure all links, functionality, content and pages are working seamlessly, working with the wider Ecommerce team to resolve any irregularities or issues.
• Use web analytic data from Google Analytics to monitor website and product performance and identify key merchandising and content actions based on the data

In this role you will need:

• To be digitally active – including some digital related work experience
• Experience within an ecommerce retailer or consumer brand (ideally)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Strong team player mentality
• Ability to be organised and multi-task
• A desire to learn new ways of working and technologies
