Yzer Hiring for Logistics Regional Manager at Tampa, FL Full Time

Yzer, LLC is a leader in the final mile same-day and next-day deliveries and long-haul logistics services. We are currently seeking a Regional Manager to support the designated region and lead our managers to sustained growth and success.

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. As a Regional Manager, your duties also include guiding management staff in your region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, and ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Additional responsibilities include:

Overseeing and supporting the managers of the hubs in the region

• Communicate daily with managers to coach and give direction.

• Make sure the hub managers are handling paperwork properly and are organized

• Ensure all security measures are being followed properly

• Communicate with recruiting on staffing needs, putting up ads, and recruiting drivers

• Work with managers to monitor costs and keep routes as efficient as possible

• Ensure all SOPs are being followed properly

• Submit any route pay changes from the hub manager to corporate for approval

• Provide onsite support as needed.

• Maintain scanning percentages and engage with managers to help reach the goal

• Be aware of customer issues and how they are handled, intervene when necessary

• Ensure managers are sending out all ing on time and filled out properly

• Ensure that allocation tables/payroll process is done on time and properly

• Ensure monthly audits are being completed properly and on time

• Communicate with managers to ensure all driver compliance is up to date

• Communicate with vendors and validate all invoices on Bill.com

• Look for ways to improve costs

• Request a master list from the DC on a monthly basis

• Maintain consistent communication with the DC and a good relationship

• Ensure all issues and concerns have daily resolution

• Follow up on Hub performance and necessary improvements

Education: A High School Diploma or GED, required. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business Management strongly preferred.
