YYC Bowling & Entertainment is Looking for Front Desk Agent Full Time

Are you quick on your feet? Do you have a passion for bowling, customer service and creating a memorable experience for guests? If so, then you might be the next great Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. Our Front Desk Agents are the face of our company and know how to make a great first impression by providing exceptional guest care from the moment a visitor walks in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience
• Answer the phone and handles guest inquiries
• Record all sales by ringing exact amounts into register, ensure end of day shift report matches revenue sold, cash out procedure as per company policy
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
• Maintain record of daily operations as required with communication book and checklists
• Ensure work areas remain clean, empty trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it, or when requested by a manager; Exceed Splitsville’s cleanliness standards
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures including all health and safety policies and procedures
• Be polite and courteous with guests and fellow team members
• Communicate with shift leaders and managers
• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Loves to bowl
• Guest service oriented
• Friendly, energetic, positive attitude
• Ability to multitask; stays calm under pressure
• Team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule (available days, nights, weekends, holidays)
