We are looking for a Regional Talent & Development Administrator Apprentice in Annesley to provide accurate and timely administrative support to ensure an effective Talent and Development service is provided to Yusen employees in Europe.

The position will offer £10,000 apprentice salary for year one, increasing in year 2, relative to age.

Key responsibilities:

Talent

• Providing admin support for Performance and Development Review (PDR) documentation, processes, and training
• Providing admin support for the EU Mentoring Programme
• Supporting Talent activities in general

Development

• Scheduling face to face and webinar activity, sending joining instructions and booking rooms for participants and facilitators
• Ensuring development materials are up to date and available
• Raising purchase orders and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices
• Monitoring attendance, reminding participants, and escalating issues as necessary
• Collating and reporting on attendance and evaluation results
• Monitoring and reporting on online learning completion

Administration

• Assisting the Talent & Development team with queries.
• Providing excellent customer service to colleagues.
• Supporting with Lumina profiling and similar questionnaires for talent and development purposes
• Completion of any other ad hoc duties as required

Apprenticeship

• Implementing a personal portfolio evidencing off-the-job learning, completed job related tasks, reflective practice, and improved confidence and self-organisational skills.

Key requirements:

5 GCSE’s or equivalent with good results for English and IT.

IT literate.

Confident when communicating with others.

Excellent written English – accurate spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Able to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.

Accurate with attention to detail and respect for confidentiality.

Structured and organised.

Flexible and proactive approach.

Self- motivated and reliable.

Willing to learn.

A good working knowledge of Excel and Word.

A general understanding of Outlook Calendars and Emails
