Howdy… This is not your typical marketing and sales role.

This position will be for the type of person who loves:

• A blank canvas: We are only a year old and we have tested some things in marketing and sales that have worked… However, we have not had a full time focus on this. This hire will be the first hire of this department and you will be responsible for driving the new leads and sales for our growing pool business.
• The ability to make more money based on success: We will have a base for this role that is listed… However, we will have a very clear comp plan for you to get commission on all new sales.
• Digital marketing: In our home services business, there are lot’s of platforms that drive leads for new sales. You will be responsible for managing the budget and effectiveness of each marketing channel.
• ROI Driven Marketing and Sales: You will be measured off a clear dashboard of new leads & closed leads. You must be a data driven person to enjoy this role. We measure every step of the marketing and sales funnel to ensure ROI.
• Follow Up, Follow Up, Follow up: You are the type of person that will follow up to a fault… Meaning… You don’t accept no response and you drive to get people to respond. If you aren’t an animal with follow up, you will not do well in this role. You must be diligent everyday.

Now… Let’s talk about experience.

This is not an entry level position. Do not apply if:

• You have never closed sales before
• You can’t provide detailed numbers of how you have grown sales and marketing in a company prior to this
• You will want a team immediately to help you implement (you will be a lone ranger at first in this new department… Yes, as the CEO, I will work with you and help you succeed… But don’t come in and think the plan is to just hire a bunch of people. We are in start up and testing mode so we have to prove a model before we scale it up.)

Now… You might be asking… What is Yummy Pools and why in the world would I want to work for a pool business?

We aren’t your traditional pool company. We do not build pools or renovate. We only focus on cleaning pools and doing repairs on pool equipment. Our strategy is a roll up strategy… meaning… We have the funds to go out and buy pool companies books of business and roll them into our business.

Within a year, we have become one of ATL’s largest cleaning businesses. So… This will feel more like a tech start up than a boring pool company.

The founders have started, grown and exited 4 companies prior…. So… The vision is big… We are starting in GA but we want to expand to South East over the next three years.

1: The role is 80% at home and 20% we will meet up

At first, we want to be able to get together for planning and training. We will ask to meet up in and around the Cumming/Alpharetta area. So, while you will work from home the majority of the time, it will require meetings sometimes.

2: Quoting new pools

At first, we will take you out into the field to learn the pool business. We want you to have a full understanding of pools before you start selling them. We will train you on the industry and questions customers have. So, you will have to go to some customers pools sometimes to learn.

3: You will never be bored

We have so much opportunity thats untapped… You will be busy busy busy and you will work really hard everyday. If you are looking for a job where you work alone and don’t have to interact with team… That’s not us. You will be constantly communicating and work together via Slack.
