Yukon Government is Looking for Systems Coordinator / Administrator Full Time

This competition is to fill 1 (one) 12-month TERM working 75 hours bi-weekly.

An ELIGIBILITY LIST will be created to fill FUTURE permanent, term, AOC positions within Continuing Care.

In this position, you are responsible for providing support for improved computerized systems and related processes for the Continuing Care division’s functions including maintaining legal health care records. You will be recommending, implementing and managing information technology and business solutions in order to improve the delivery of division-wide systems and related processes.

Essential Qualification

Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how your work experiences and related duties align with the essential qualifications listed below. • Experience managing and maintaining documentation and health record systems, performing health care record audits.
• Considerable experience using a variety of software
• Extensive experience using a variety of database applications.
• Extensive experience trouble shooting and triaging requests

Candidates should have and may be assessed on:

• Collaborative and client-centric approach
• Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership and accountability until resolution
• Outstanding communication skills, demonstrating an ability to tailor communication style to technical or non-technical audience
• Ability to provide education, guidance, coaching on various platform to staff members
• Ability to manage conflicting, multiple and unpredictable demands and frequent interruptions
