The Human Resource Service Representative is responsible for the delivery of high volume human resource services and pay and leave administration to our clients. This includes departmental HR Business Partners, centres of expertise, departmental supervisors and managers, employees, and the public.

Coursework or training in human resources, business administration or related field
Experience delivering a high-level of client service in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment
Experience providing written and oral explanations of business processes and situations
Experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, 365)
Experience providing human resource services such as staffing, pay and leave would be considered an asset
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
