The Hearing Services Unit provides diagnostic audiological evaluations, hearing screenings, hearing aid evaluation and dispensing, hearing aid repairs, and assistive listening devices to the general public (children and adults).
ing to the Manager, Hearing Services, this position performs a range of technical and administrative support duties including reception duties. With a strong customer service focus, this position provides information and education to clients on hearing aids and accessories and troubleshoots complaints and repairs. The position will also perform reception duties, including scheduling and managing appointments, perform accounts payable and receivable, and records management functions.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Please note selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume. This requires all applicants to state the month and year for the duration of experience for each position listed.
Experience working in an audiological environment or other medical environments providing assistance to clients regarding the use and repair of hearing aids or other medical devices.
Experience performing administrative and financial support duties.
Experience using a variety of computer programs, including database programs and the full suite of Microsoft Office programs.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
