What’s YESAB?
YESAB is an independent, arms-length body responsible for carrying out the assessment responsibilities under the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Act (YESAA). Our commitment is to be an impartial, effective, and efficient organization that provides assistance to all involved in the assessment process.

What’s this position about?
We are looking for a self-driven, energetic and positive individual to join our Dawson Designated Office (DO) team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you are a vital part of the Dawson DO team. Your key functions will include providing administrative support to the Manager and Assessment Officers, supporting the public as they access our services, managing project files on our online registry, completing administrative tasks for the office and playing an active role in YESAB’s greater administrative team.
What will I be doing?
You will be contributing to an enthusiastic and lively work culture. Having strong time management skills and task prioritization allows both flexibility and the aptitude to innovate and be decisive in this role. Experience working with computers, especially web-site interfaces, would be a strong preference to excel in this role and support the collective YESAB team. If you are familiar with technology, are personable and adaptable, then this position is meant for you!
