YSI is seeking a highly qualified Onsite Service Desk Support. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Provides on-site Service Desk support staffing the service desk in support of the day-to-day operations and support of the applications.

· Demonstrated experience providing end-user support for desktop and application software,

· Knowledge of desktop and server operating systems,

· Strong written and oral communication,

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· TS/SCI with DOE Q clearance

Salary: $90K/Annum with Benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• ServiceDesk Support: 5 years (Preferred)
• Oracle: 5 years (Preferred)
• end-user support for desktop and application software: 5 years (Preferred)
• Desktop support: 5 years (Preferred)
• Server management: 5 years (Preferred)

Security clearance:

• Top Secret (Preferred)
