What does a Recruitment Consultant do at yourtown?

As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers with the aim of sourcing employment opportunities for our job seekers. Every day will be diverse but in essence your day to day will include;

• Networking face to face and building rapport with employers to build an employer pipeline;
• Partnering with the employer to identify their needs and provide tailored employment solutions;
• Providing guidance to the employers on labour market concepts, opportunities and employer incentives that are available;
• Knowing the caseload of job seekers on site so you can job match effectively to ensure a sustainable employment outcome.

This role will be based at Mt Druitt. Remuneration for this role commences at $66,848 per annum + 10.00% Superannuation + salary packaging. www.remserv.com.au/salary-packaging/how-it-works

• A natural solutions finder, you trouble shoot as situations arise and are innovative in your approach.
• You are acutely business savvy and have a solid understanding of the local labour market coupled with challenges to employment faced my disadvantaged young people, especially in light of COVID-19.
