your opportunity:

As the Recruitment Consultant (Business Development), you will be part of a team that provides tailored employment related services to employers with the aim of sourcing employment opportunities for our job seekers. You will partner with employers to create suitable employment opportunities and ultimately placements for our young job seekers! Every day will be diverse but in essence your day to day will include;

• Networking face to face and building rapport with employers to build an employer pipeline;
• Partnering with the employer to identify their needs and provide tailored employment solutions;
• Reverse Market our young job seekers to employers and help secure employment opportunities
• Providing guidance to the employers on labour market concepts, opportunities and employer incentives that are available;
• Knowing the caseload of job seekers on site so you can job match effectively to ensure a sustainable employment outcome.

This role is permanent Full time working across the South Burnett Region!

Competitive Salary!! + 10.5% Superannuation + salary packaging + Monthly RDO’s.
