To support this transformation, we’re looking for a HR Assurance & Quality Advisor to assist in the development of policies, procedures, work instructions and standard operating procedures within the People & Culture functional work area consistent with Quality Assurance, Health and Safety and relevant people related guidelines and legislation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing and auditing the current People & Culture document suite for currency, consistency and identify gaps in policy and procedure
• Supporting the suite of Transformation Programs to refresh all People & Culture business processes and documents to ensure change is implemented within the business-as-usual systems and ways of working
• Assist with associated accreditation processes and support the coordination of requirements in conjunction with the Head of People and Culture
• Assist with the development, formatting, and publishing of policies, procedures and supporting documents including rrefreshing all People & Culture documents to reflect the updated brand position and style guide
• Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement by guiding and empowering team members in understanding the importance of continuous improvement and embedding best practice
• Maintaining an up-to-date quality improvement register and audit schedule for the People & Culture program
• Develop and maintaining the People and Culture intranet page
• Monitor and update the document control register to minor updates of policies and procedures
• Awareness of updated changes for new policies and procedures, expectations in line with various standards and accreditations
• Assist with the implement of standards and regulatory codes appropriate to the organisations needs
• Liaise with accreditation bodies and auditors to ensure coordination of appropriate People and Culture audits are efficient.
• Assist with the implementation of quality assurance and business improvement training for the organisation
