The Role*

As our People team continues to develop we are excited to be recruiting for a People and Talent Acquisition Executive to support the continued growth of our business. Reporting into the People & Talent Acquisition Manager, The People & Talent Executive will be responsible for the recruitment and selection for our ongoing sales academy programme, our customer experience agents and will take responsibility for the recruitment of junior level hires across the business.
The People and Talent Executive will also provide general recruitment assistance and administrative support (scheduling, advertising, screening support, drafting of offer letters etc) to the People and Talent Acquisition Manager where required and will also provide general HR administration support to the People team across our London and Brighton offices.
This is a great opportunity for an experience recruiter / talent acquisition executive to continue to develop their TA expertise whilst getting an exposure to the broader people environment.

Requirements*

• A strong grounding in talent acquisition / recruitment, either agency or in-house.
• A passion for people and a great ability to identify outstanding talent.
• You will be a natural communicator (who loves talking to people!) with a truly inquisitive nature.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as this role will also be providing HR admin support to the people team.
• Prioritisation and time management skills.
• You will be a real team player and love working as part of an awesome team!
