ON-SITE RECRUITER JOB DESCRIPTION:

As one of our on-site staffing recruiters you will be responsible for greeting employees and new job applicants as they arrive to work at a Gunnison production facility. You will help recruit new applicants, manage shifts, check-in workers, answer phone calls, take applications, interview new applicants and perform other duties as required.

You will need to have good multi-tasking skills as this location can get busy!

ON-SITE RECRUITER DUTIES:

• Recruit new applicants for open positions
• Checking in employees to shifts
• Help assign and assist managers with employees
• Sending daily reports to managers
• Send daily reports to brick and mortar locations with current job openings
• Entering employees into various system for time keeping and on-boarding
• Audit and validate timeclock data to ensure accuracy in payroll and billing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned

ON-SITE RECRUITER REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Outstanding people skills
• Positive, outgoing can-do attitude
• Experience using Microsoft Office products: Word and Excel
• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Pass a background test and drug screen

WAGE: $15.00/hr to start

SHIFT : 10:00AM to 3:00PM | Monday to Friday
