Youngren Organics, LLC Hiring for Farm Equipment Operator / Farm Hand at Quincy, WA Full Time

We are seeking farm equipment operators/general farm hands for the 2023 season. The candidates hired for these roles will operate a variety of tractors and/or harvesters ranging from 125 to 800 horsepower to perform a number of tasks. Experience being around farming activities and operating farm machinery is highly beneficial to successfully filling this role, including operating tractors of various sizes pulling different kinds of implements. Experience operating tractors/harvesters equipped with GPS as well as experience operating equipment that has a higher complexity and difficulty level is also preferred, but not necessarily required for every position we are looking to fill.

During spring (May) and fall (Sept & Oct) harvests, long hours are required and we do pay overtime in accordance with Washington State agricultural overtime requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 – $22.00 per hour
